THIS RULE APPLIES TO RAIDER RANK ONLY.Minimum raid attendance of 2-3 raids a week.Failure to keep up to this minimum attendance will result in demotion from raider rank back down to social rank.
Obviously exceptions will be made when holidays or something comes up. Please post on these forums if such events come to pass.
THE FOLLOWING RULES APPLY TO ANYONE WANTING TO ATTEND RAIDS.You must come fully prepared when coming to raids.Turn up on time. Raid start time is 7:30pm, if for some reason you cannot make it for the raid start time then please inform an officer or myself as soon as possible.
If you are late for a raid start time then you raid position may be given to someone else.
When you sign up to a raid you are agreeing to stay the full raid, until either 11pm or when the raid is called by the Raid Leader. With Food & Flasks.Fish Feasts maybe available in raids, but don't expect there to be one and bring some food for yourself anyway.
If you are uncertain of which flasks or food are appropriate for your character then ask myself or an officer in-game.

All Gear must be gemmed and enchanted.Anyone wishing to attend raids, especially Ulduar, must be fully gemmed and enchanted. There are many enchanters in the guild that i am sure would be willing to help. Unfortunately we are a little short on Jewelcrafters at the moment.
I do understand that some members have lives and are not swimming in gold. But only a few dailies a day can provide you with enough gold to progressively get your gear prepared.
Loot System. The loot system is based on the guild ranking, raiders have priority roll over social, if raiders do not want it then social can roll for it.
Remember that loot is also based on the kind of armor u wear AND on the main spec u are using.
If all this has passed and the loot still is unwanted for main-spec, then there will be rolls for off-spec, if still unwanted then it will be disenchanted.
All mats that will come form then disenchanted items will go into the guild bank.
So if u want to be promoted to raider status and have 1st priority rolls to, then put the effort in it to show up for raids.
On time, 2 - 3 raids per week, geared, gear properly enchanted and gemmed to get the most out of the class u are running on.
